The Specialist will support our operations, manage HR functions, and handle accounting tasks. We need someone knowledgeable in business administration, HR practices, and accounting principles. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The Role
----------

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with a minimum of 4 days on-site in St Petersburg Downtown in the AM.


Business Administration

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and expenses.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel.
  • Support report and presentation preparation.
  • Improve operational processes and efficiency.

Human Resources
  • Assist in recruitment and selection, including screening and interviewing.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support performance management, goal setting, and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees.


Accounting

  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping and reconciliation.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with external accountants for audits and financial reporting.

Requirements
---------------

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting or related field

  • Proven experience in described fields with small businesses 

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, accounting principles, corporate and employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in HR, accounting, and office software

  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
